This Privacy Policy describes how Glow Garage Art LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from glowgarageart.com (the "Website").

We use your Order Information and Order Content to fulfill your order, including processing payment, preparing your personalized artwork, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations. We also use this information to communicate with you and to screen orders for potential risk or fraud.

We use Device Information to help screen for fraud and to improve and optimize our Website, including through analytics about how customers browse and interact with it.

Email and SMS Marketing

With your permission, we may send you emails and text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to our text messages, or contacting us at info@glowgarageart.com.

AI Chat Assistant

Our Website features an AI-powered chat assistant. Messages and images you share in the chat are processed to answer your questions and help prepare your portrait. The assistant also stores your recent conversation on your device so it remains available during your visit. For logged-in customers, the assistant can access your own order and shipping details to help you track or manage your order. Order information is only available to you when you are signed in to your account.

To provide this feature, your inputs are processed by a trusted third-party AI service provider under their own privacy and data-handling terms. This provider does not use your data to train or improve its AI models. Any data processed to deliver this feature is retained only for a limited period for security and abuse-monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted, unless retention is required by law.

We do not store your chat images on our own systems after your request has been completed. Your chat data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us operate our business. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store (see Shopify's Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy) and Google Analytics to understand how customers use our Website (see https://policies.google.com/privacy). We also work with advertising platforms, including Pinterest and Google, to deliver relevant advertising.

The photographs and messages you share for your order, including through our AI chat assistant, are used to prepare your artwork and are never sold to third parties. Finished artwork depicting public venues may be shown in our portfolio without any details identifying you. Artwork depicting private residences or personalized content is not published without your consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies to show you advertising that may be relevant to your interests. Sharing personal information for targeted advertising based on your activity across different websites may be considered a "sale", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
