Personalized Canvas Wedding Venue Portrait | One Year Anniversary Gift
The Process
Handcrafted in Digital Format
Every portrait is hand crafted digitally using a professional drawing tablet. This allows us to carefully refine details, adapt the atmosphere of the artwork, and make precise adjustments while preserving the artistic character and timeless feel of the piece.
How It Works
- Order — Place your order and send us your photo.
- Digital Proof — By the next business day, we will send a preliminary digital proof to your email.
- Revisions — If needed, we will make adjustments and refine the details.
- Approval — Only after your final approval do we proceed with printing the portrait or delivering the finished digital file.
Digital File
After approval, we deliver the final artwork to your email in high resolution JPG, PDF, and PNG formats.
Physical Portrait
Available framed or unframed. Production takes approximately 2–4 business days after approval. Your portrait is then carefully packaged and shipped to your door.
Photo Quality
Older photographs, difficult lighting, or a season that does not reflect the atmosphere you would like to preserve can often be carefully refined during the artistic preparation process. Each image is individually reviewed and prepared by hand before the venue illustration is created.
If desired, the atmosphere of the scene can also be subtly adjusted. For example, a summer photograph may be transformed into a winter setting, and bright daylight can be softened into gentle evening light, while preserving the architecture, details, and character of the location.
The only limitation is heavily blurred or highly pixelated images. In general, the clearer the original photograph, the more detailed and refined the final artwork can be.
Fonts
Our examples feature some of the most popular font styles, though our collection includes approximately 1,000 fonts. If you have a specific font in mind, simply send us the name or a reference when placing your order and we will do our best to source it or match it as closely as possible.

Materials & Framing
COTTON CANVAS
Each portrait is printed on finely textured, artist-grade cotton canvas, 320 to 410 gsm, with a soft natural weave that reproduces every detail with outstanding clarity.
PRINTING
Each portrait is produced with latex and UVgel inks on professional wide-format equipment, delivering exceptional clarity, rich color depth, and a smooth, even finish across the weave. The result carries up to 200 years of display permanence, so the artwork is built to last for generations rather than for a single season.
MUSEUM AND GALLERY QUALITY FINISH
All materials are carefully selected with a focus on longevity and artistic quality. Each piece is created with the feeling of gallery-quality artwork and is intended not only to elevate an interior, but also to preserve meaningful memories for generations to come.
FRAMES
Our canvas is presented in a superior solid wood floater frame, selected for artistic presentation and a harmonious display of the artwork. The frame is available in six colors: gold, black, natural wood, dark wood, gray, and white, ranging from classic decorative finishes to more minimal profiles designed for modern and understated interiors.
PROFESSIONAL FRAMING
Each framed canvas is assembled by hand for the specific size and format of the artwork. In a floater frame, the canvas sits inside the wood with a slim gap around all four edges, so the artwork appears to float within the frame. This preserves clean geometry and the overall gallery-quality feel of the finished piece.
FINISHED WITHOUT GLASS
Canvas needs no glazing. With no glass in front of the artwork, there is nothing to catch the light in your room, so the texture and color read clearly from any angle. It is one of the quiet advantages of canvas over framed paper.
CANVAS WITHOUT A FRAME
Prefer to frame the piece yourself, or already have the perfect frame in mind? You are welcome to order the canvas on its own, stretched on a solid wooden bar and ready to hang. Two depths are available: a slim 0.75 inch (1.9 cm) profile that sits close to the wall, and a deeper 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) gallery wrap that stands off the wall for a bolder presence. The same artist-grade cotton and the same latex and UVgel printing apply to both, which leaves the choice of presentation entirely in your hands.
READY TO HANG
Every portrait arrives fully assembled and ready to hang, framed or unframed alike. No additional framing or installation preparation is required. Your artwork arrives ready to be displayed in your interior.
WHY WE RECOMMEND A FRAMED CANVAS
Canvas is more forgiving than paper, yet a solid wood floater frame still earns its place. It protects the edges of the canvas, gives the piece a finished gallery presence, and turns a printed portrait into something clearly made to live on a wall for a very long time. For a portrait meant to become a family heirloom, the frame is the difference between a print and a presentation.

Care Instructions
Dusting
Wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth, such as microfiber. Light, even strokes are all that is needed to keep the canvas looking fresh.
Avoid Moisture
Never use water, glass cleaner, or household chemicals on the canvas. If a mark needs attention, use a barely damp cloth on that spot only, then let the area dry fully. Do not soak or scrub the surface.
Placement
Hang the artwork away from direct sunlight, which can fade any print over time, and away from constant heat or humidity, such as directly above a radiator or in a bathroom. A stable indoor wall preserves the color depth for the long life the inks are rated for.
Handling
Lift the piece by its frame or by the wooden bars on the back, not by the printed surface. This keeps the canvas taut and free of fingerprints and dents.
The Frame
For framed pieces, dust the wood with the same dry cloth. Avoid oils and polishes, which can build up on a natural wood finish over time.
